Each number has its own 3-month term, as required by the carrier. We have given you a few options to make canceling as easy as possible.
In the table, you can see the "Renewal Date" and then the "Cancel By" dates. You need to process your cancelation by the "Cancel By" dates in order to have them go into effect for the upcoming billing cycle (carrier requirement). If we are past that date, the cancelation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions if you miss the date.
You may submit for cancellation at any time, and they will go into effect when cancellation is permitted by the 3-month term and the notification deadline of 11 days.
Canceling groups of numbers by renewal date and without regard to specific numbers
The simplest way to cancel numbers is to navigate to My Subscription. Here, you will see the view below where the numbers are grouped by their renewal dates. Simply enter the quantity to cancel in the relevant fields and the numbers will be cancelled in accordance to the 3-month term and renewal dates/deadlines. If you want to cancel specific numbers, please review the other sections below.
Canceling from the Phone Numbers section
Navigate to the Phone Numbers section. Select the checkboxes. Click Cancel Selected. This method works well for canceling specific numbers in few.
Canceling in bulk via CSV upload
You may want to cancel a large list without having to click each number but also want to only cancel specific numbers. The CSV upload was designed for that.
Click Upload Phone Numbers to Cancel/Swap button. Select cancel from the dropdown and then upload your CSV file in line with the instructions on the page including the list of numbers you'd like to cancel.
