Hi, thanks for joining us!


Our service is different from all the rest. We have some features developed to make your life easier. Let's dive right into it all.


Logging in

The domain to log into your portal is sms.seatheroes.com


Our numbers

They are legally classified as wireless numbers and are on 24/7 due to our unique technology and relationships with our carriers. There is no need to "wake up" lines! 


Accessing your numbers

Head over to the Phone Numbers section to view all of your numbers and export them to a CSV file if you so choose. 


Managing Numbers

Organizational Mapping

In the Phone Numbers section, you can also manually enter or upload a CSV file to map the email to the phone numbers for organization. It is definitely not necessary to do so.


Reporting a number issue
In Phone Numbers section, if you have an issue with a number, you can click "Report" and specify the reason. 


If you're missing a VF code, that is because their sending provider failed to send it (we have already confirmed that this happens with their provider). You have to get the code from TM. All other issues we can fix! 


You can manage/track the issues by clicking My Reported Numbers. You will receive an email once it is resolved.


Swapping/Cancelling numbers

You may also swap out numbers in the Phone Numbers section. You can click the Swap button on the specific number or you can do so in bulk. Same with cancelling. Number Swaps incur a fee.


Staff Numbers

After creating staff members in the My Staff section, you can assign them numbers from the Phone Numbers page. They will only see texts from their numbers. However, your main account will see all messages. If you want a separate one just for your own texts, please create a staff account for yourself


Inbox and Outbox

Inbox

All your messages, to which user they belong, and more can be found here. You can search, manage, and export all messages. 


Outbox

You can send up to 20 SMS per number, per month. Be sure to include "1" at the start of the numbers. For example, 15552322222.


My Subscription

You can track pending orders, add numbers, and manage your subscription by clicking My Subscription.


Presale Codes

In this section, you can generate a winner's list instantly. You upload your registration data in the specified format. When the winner texts come in, all you do is enter a unique phrase from the text, and click generate and save your list! You can also revisit and generate waitlist codes to the list quick!
