For TM VF, we have automation to assist you in generating your Winners List in just a few clicks.
- Navigate to Generate Winners List nested under the Presale Codes dropdown
- Click Upload Registration Data
- Upload your registration data in the specific format in the template on the page (include the header) and enter the upload title
- Select the Group whose data you want to run the automation against
- Enter a fairly specific search phrase copied and pasted from one of the messages and click Generate Winners
- A perfect example is: Verified Fan Onsale for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band.
- Click Save this report if you want to be able to access your data later or from the Code Hero extension (Pro Users)
- You can revisit the saved Winners Lists here at Winners Historyto access your codes
- In this section, you can update your list with waitlist winners by clicking Generate winners from waitlist and entering the waitlist code phrase
