I understand the frustration with missing winning codes. It's terrible. But how does it happen?
Virtually all sites use 3rd party systems to check phone status and send out mass texts. These systems are susceptible to failure, especially when the volume is as large as when they are sending out winning codes.
Our lines are on 24/7 because of our unique infrastructure. Therefore, if you did not receive your code, it is because Ticketmaster's SMS sending system failed. The carrier has contacted them about the issue to investigate, and they acknowledged the issue with their system. Unfortunately, TM doesn't care to resend the failed texts.
To get your winning codes, please contact Ticketmaster using one of these methods. Be sure to include the winning email and phone number in your communications:

- Call (800) 653-8000 (log in and have your account name ready)
