System Updates

Here, I will post updates about the status of various system-related and service items. All dates are subject to change based on factors outside of my control (relying on 3rd parties), but we strive to be as accurate as possible.
 

Update 2-20:

1. Progress is moving quickly with TMobile on changing our ID. This will fix issues with these sites/aggregators not working properly and removing the issue with TM's provider - ETA: next week

Update 2-19:

1. We are working on a quick fix for the Telesign issue with Tmobile - ETA: TBD

Update 2-18:

1. Seated is working for 95% of numbers. We just need to port a last batch or 2 in the coming weeks for new orders and our secondary carrier - ETA: 2/28
2. New build will be launched in a few weeks with more features being added subsequently - ETA: mid/end of March.
3. Gmail, Outlook, and more are in contact with TMobile to resolve the issue of the SMS not being received with updates impending - ETA: TBD. 
4. TMobile Reserved and other perks being added to the account - ETA: 2/24
5. Swap functionality - ETA: 2/21
6. Large Carrier ID change to avoid rare issue from TM's 3rd party Telesign (not our issue) - ETA: TBD 
7. Native SMS-to-Email has been adjusted to avoid rate limiting. Visit your Profile settings to set it up. I recommend also including filters to only forward the right SMS.
